Sleep update
Soooooooooo
I uploaded a post I wrote up a few months ago and oh how
things have changed.
I was tired then but NOW, now the Sleep deprivation is
completely different. Its anew level of tired.
Baby + sleep??? Whats that
I am going to update this so I can hopefully look back and
the sleepless nights are a thing of the past.
I know my LO (3months) can sleep 8 hours at a time, its just
not when it should be.
Today is Tuesday 13th February 2018, and last
night my baby drank me like a tap!
We finally went to bed at 7am this morning. Where he had 5.5
hours sleep until I woke him up because, day isn’t night.
Eventually I will have set night time routine as for now I
am just going to try keep him calm at night and active during the day.
Ok so the rest of the days until the 18th was a
blur. However, I feel we may be on to something a few days prior I ‘fliped’him.
Sounds like abuse but no. its an oldwives tale. Apparently you flip your baby
head over heels a few times and it is supposed to help them fix there clock so
they know night is night and day is day!
So Sunday night 7.5 hours stright
Monday night 6.5 hours straight
Tuesday night 8.41 hours straight
Wednesday night 8.40 hours straight
Thursday night 9.12 hours straight
Friday night 6.19 hours straight (from 2am)
Saturday 6.52 interrupted sleep (from 12:49)
Been a mess again ever since L
However he is now teething at 4 month here we go again
