Love yourself
I felt the need to write.
After going through a traumatic experience it is very easy to feel differently about yourself. Negatively about yourself. However, it is normal.
Talk to someone who will listen, be nonjudgemental, genuine.
Damn talk to yourself.
look after yourself. do things to make yourself feel good. get a massage, eat cake, whatever makes you happy.
I strongly dislike the saying 'Whatever you're worrying about right now, ask yourself, would this matter 10 years from now'... sometimes the answer is yes. So what then.
Sometimes slow down a little and whatever you do, do it for you!
Having a strong mind creates a powerful person.
